The wedding will now certainly be in Finland. After many months of weighing up Edinburgh and Finland and looking into technicalities, we have now settled upon Finland and have even set a date!

Vörå is a town in the municipality of Vörå-Maxmo, which is near to Vasa, on the west coast of Finland (see map left).

The wedding itself will take place at Vörå kyrka (pictured right), the parish church in Vörå.

We hope to have the reception at the family's farmstead (pictured below) nearby in Rejpelt.
